What services do you offer?
I offer private, online antenatal and postnatal consultations tailored to your needs. This includes pregnancy advice, birth preparation, postnatal recovery support, feeding guidance, and emotional wellbeing check-ins.
Who will I speak to during my consultation?
All sessions are with me Sarah O’Reilly, a fully qualified and experienced UK-registered midwife.
How are sessions delivered?
All sessions are delivered remotely via secure voice or video call, so you can access expert care from the comfort of your home.
Is this service only for first-time parents?
No - I support parents at any stage of their journey, whether it’s your first baby or your fifth.
Can my partner join the session?
Yes, partners are welcome and encouraged to join the session if you’d like them to.

How do I book a session?
Get in touch via WhatsApp and we will schedule a convenient time. Payment is done via a link in advance.
How much does it cost?
I offer both single-session rates of £29 for a 30 minute call and £49 for 60 minutes. Pending availability 30 minute calls can be extended to 1 hr during the session.
Do you accept insurance or NHS referrals?
No, this is a private service and not affiliated with the NHS. All sessions are self-funded.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, but I understand what it can be like and am flexible.

Can you prescribe medication or perform physical checks?
No - as a remote service, I do not prescribe or physically examine you. If you need in-person care, I will advise you to contact your GP, hospital, or community midwife as applicable and help guide how to do that.
Is this service suitable for high-risk pregnancies?
I offer general support and guidance, but if your pregnancy is high-risk it is always recommend you stay in regular contact with your hospital-based team.
Is this a replacement for NHS care?
No - my support is designed to complement, not replace, NHS or other public health maternity services.

What can I get help with during pregnancy?
I can help with emotional support, anxiety, movement concerns, test results, and general wellbeing.
What support do you offer after birth?
I cover feeding (breast, bottle, combo), sleep, recovery, emotional changes, and any questions you have as you adjust to life with a newborn.
Do you offer support for miscarriage or baby loss?
Yes. Compassionate support is available for women and families going through difficult or unexpected outcomes.
